At the 13th ANAPRI Annual Stakeholders Conference on 27 October 2026 in Addis Ababa, PSI Director General H.E. Mr. Fekadu Tsega emphasized the importance of transforming Africa’s agricultural potential through value addition, industrialization, regional trade, and technological innovation. He highlighted the role of evidence-based policymaking and stronger partnerships among research institutions, governments, development partners, and the private sector in building competitive and resilient agrifood systems across Africa.
